What you will be doing
Acting as support to customers for providing solutions to the Incidents / problems & Requests and assuring the best and smooth services.
Resolves incidents by clarifying the customer’s query, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting the fix, and following up to ensure resolution.
Email support
Adherence to process compliance
Resolving and closing tickets
Client coordination and to ensure that we meet the SLAs as per agreed with the customer.
Prepares release reports by collecting and analyzing technical information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

ERP Experience
JIRA knowledge, preferred.
Analyzing information
Multi-tasking
Education & Experience Requirements:
University/college degree with minimum 2 years of IT experience in customer support
Experience in any ERP system.
Familiarity with MS-office
Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, personable and can prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a team
High energy levels and can effectively work with various cross functional teams
