Be proficient in RDBMS: Oracle 11g/12c/18c, SQL Server 2012-2017 and Operating systems Linux 6.5-7.5, Windows Server 2012-2016

Part of your responsibilities would be:


Design and execute overall database architecture strategy, standards and practices as part of a team.


Work with Application Development team to ensure database changes adhere to best practices and are properly prioritized and scheduled.


Understand existing application/data integration design and processes and troubleshoot any issues.


Strong knowledge of Database upgrades/patching Data Guard, RMAN, RAC technologies, Oracle Tuning tools, Disaster Recovery.


Proactively identify opportunities to improve database, performance tuning, and to resolve root cause issues.


Proficient in using OEM/ AWR/ ADDM/ ASH and SQL Developer/TOAD/SQL Plus commands for troubleshooting Oracle Security and Auditing Database.


Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.


Participate in on-call and occasional off-hours activities (DR tests, DBMS upgrades, etc.).


General understanding of ERP's (PeopleSoft, E-Business Suite, EBS R12, JDE, etc) and APEX Development is a plus
Experience installing Oracle GRC Suite
