The Role


Every person who works at SafePaaS brings something unique to the team; everyone has a unique opportunity to carry out meaningful work. SafePaaS is looking for a Lead Nurturing Specialist / Inside Sales Representative to play a key role in our Sales & Marketing team.


Your core responsibilities will be to nurture inbound leads, engage with potential leads, and prospect for new leads. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with potential clients. The best candidates will be highly motivated, results-driven, and possess a competitive work drive.

Job Duties


Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities


Work with Marketing to build lead nurturing campaigns to achieve engagement


Gather lead information by using provided tools and initiative to build target lists for prospecting activities


Follow a clear process for outreach using an omnichannel approach (cold calling, emailing with nurturing content, LinkedIn, etc.)


Document and maintain all activity within our Salesforce CRM to track activity, measure results, and ensure data integrity


Make process adjustments as needed based on outcomes


Maintain a consistent product-training regimen to stay current with all SafePaaS functionality and value proposition. This could include attendance of client demonstrations, training with Sales and Marketing leadership, and/or working with the digital marketing team.


Experience and Education

2+ years of marketing experience preferably in the SaaS space


Preferred experience with GRC and Access/Identity Governance


Preferred Bachelor's degree


Extensive experience with lead nurturing, cold calling, developing email campaigns, and other outbound sales tactics


Build content, work with the marketing team to release newsletter and other social media content, extensive digital marketing experience preferred


Familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn and other social platforms


Highly motivated, organized, competitive, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency


Must understand how to deliver a compelling message to business executives and leverage interest into an opportunity
