Throughout the last quarter, we have introduced several new API services making it easier for customers to obtain a more comprehensive snapshot security attribute and identity life cycle for any business application. These expanded API services enable SafePaaS customers to improve how they govern identities by having a deep fine-grained view of all aspects and attributes of an identity to accurately detect security risks and eliminate false positives.

As modern ERP systems have evolved, organizations need to categorize the security not only from the primary ERP security model but also from overriding attributes that influence the security model. For example, the properties associated with a user, that grant specific user access to a certain business unit or segment of the business as well as role attributes that expand or restrict the role access. These new APIs enable you to better model the fine-grained security of any application and allow you to control the risk while effectively managing false positives.

Not only does the new release include user security properties but also ticket properties to enable enterprise-wide integration with IT Service Management systems like ServiceNow. This capability is for customers that use ITSM (ServiceNow) to initiate user access requests or user change requests - those can now be integrated through these properties into SafePaaS.
